About the program

Austria offers more than 10 types of different residence permits: with and without a work permit, as well as with permission to work as an employee or to be self-employed.

The issuance of all types of residence permits is gove ed by the Austrian Temporary and Long-Term Residence Act (Niederlassungs- und Aufenthaltsgesetz (NAG)).

The residence permit for financially independent persons is regulated by article 44 of this law. This type of residence permit is limited by annual quotas, which are established by a government decree.

Immigrant Invest cooperates exclusively with experienced Austrian lawyers throughout the country. We know the peculiarities of local bureaucratic procedures and support our clients on any issues related to them or their families moving to Austria and living there.

Our clients receive comprehensive professional support both before applying for a residence permit and after moving to Austria.

"A program for those who want to live in a safe, economically developed and ecologically clean country, travel without visas to the Schengen countries, give a better education to their children and improve the quality of life for their families."

Global instability is making it even more important to prepare for tomorrow

Civil war, terrorism and political repression can threaten not only the future but also the life of your family.
CAPITAL

A change in government, devaluation or the global financial crisis can rob you of everything you have achieved as a result of your work.

THE FUTURE OF YOUR LOVED ONES

Social unrest affects the lives of your loved ones. It pushes aside cultural development, medical care and education.

Advantages of an Austrian
residence permit
A new level of quality of life for your family

How to get an Austrian
residence permit?

You can leave a request on our website or call us. We give you all the information on Austrian residence permits for financially independent persons and the documents required for preparing an application.

We arrange to meet you in one of our offices or start working remotely.

We conduct a preliminary Due Diligence check, which allows us to give an informed opinion about the best way to obtain an Austrian residence permit for our client and gives us the time to take measures, when required, to reduce the possibility of the application being rejected.

If, during our preliminary Due Diligence check, questions arise that may affect the application being accepted, we recommend suitable alternative programs.

Mckhavens consulting  is one of the companies in the industry with its own compliance division. Our staff has a Compliance Anti Money Laundering Officer certified by an international association.

During our meeting with our potential future client, we develop a step-by-step procedure for them to apply for a residence permit, which takes into account their circumstances, goals and objectives.

After reaching a mutual understanding on our future client’s goals and the services we can offer, we conclude a contract and start working on the application.

The terms of collecting, registering and submitting documents vary in each case.

An Austrian lawyer prepares the necessary package of documents for you to submit to the Austrian consulate. We accompany you to the consulate to help resolve any questions that may arise and also to guide and support you.

The applicant’s documents are processed within 3 months (in practice, they are usually issued within 4 weeks). Once the visa application has been approved, we accompany you to the consulate to obtain the visa.

Having received a D visa, you have to leave Austria and then use the new visa to reenter Austria and apply for an Austrian residence permit.

Before your arrival, we prepare all the documents required for submitting the application. We meet you, arrange for a place for you to stay and help you submit the required documents.

They are reviewed within 3 months (in practice, this often takes just 4-6 weeks). Once your application has been accepted, we accompany you to the government office where your biometric data is taken and your residence permit card is issued.

What benefits do you receive from our services?

We always exceed our clients’ expectations

Individual solution

There are few companies that take into account all the risks of rejection. We consider all the relevant circumstances of the client to avoid negative surprises in the future.

Obtaining a residence permit in 3-4 months

With our help, you get the residence permit selected by you. As a rule, it takes 3-4 months for a residence permit to be issued. We closely follow our clients’ application to make sure that the process is completed as fast as possible in each individual case.

Extension of residence permit cards

Although many companies charge you for their assistance in each extension of your residence permit, we assist you free of charge with the first extension of your residence permit card, which takes place a year after the residence permit is issued. We also ensure that an Austrian lawyer takes part in the process.

Maximizing the likelihood of your application falling within the quotas set

We cooperate with the best Austrian lawyers in different regions, and we use our joint experience and knowledge to increase the likelihood of our clients’ applications falling within the established quotas.

Service and support

We know how important it is to receive support and help when moving to a new country, and therefore we are always ready to help you solve any issues that might emerge, and also to make you feel at home.

Appealing a rejected application

In the event that our client’s residence permit application is rejected, we make sure that an Austrian lawyer examines the grounds on which it was rejected and either recommend an alternative option or advise our client to appeal the rejection. Moreover, as an agent for investment programs in the European Union and the Caribbean, we can always offer a number of other suitable options if required.

Service and support in Austria

Our aim is to make life comfortable in your new country of residence and to make you feel at home there

Search and selection of real estate

We cooperate with more than 20 of the leading real estate agencies in Austria. We have a comprehensive and up-to-date database of residential and commercial real estate in Austria.

Supporting the purchase or rental of property

We analyze the real estate market for you, and our lawyers closely follow the property rental or purchase contracts at all stages: analyzing the contract, checking any changes made, and providing assistance in signing the contract, registering the property, etc.

Registration and opening a bank account

We escort you to the magistrate’s office to register your place of residence. We help you choose a bank and open an account there. You do not need to additionally hire translators, collect information or analyze different offers: we do all this for you.

Selection of educational institutions, kindergartens and courses

We select educational institutions for your children based on your preferences and the independent ratings published on these institutions. We discuss each suitable educational institution with you, including their advantages and disadvantages, so that you will be able to make an informed decision.

You can also call us for support by phone at any time

If you have any questions, you can simply call us and we will find the answer. We do not leave our clients to fend for themselves. We are always ready to address any questions or problems that arise.

Guarantees
We cannot give a 100% guarantee that you will receive a residence permit, but we will do everything to ensure that there is a probability of at least 97% that your application will be accepted.
